Return Policy:
• We accept returns within 21 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment card within 7-10 business days.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unworn condition, with all tags and certificates attached.
• A completed returns form is required for processing returns.
• Management reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Instructions:
1. Download and fill out the [Returns Form]
2. Package the items, including clothing, tags, certificates, and the completed Returns Form.
3. Send the package back to us via post.
4. Once we receive your item, we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds:
After receiving and verifying your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order. We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Costs:
If you return an item for reasons other than an error on our part, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
